Level 2-3 classes presumes students are familiar with intermediate yoga postures (including inversions, arm balances and backbending). In these classes you will use your knowledge of postures and breathing to practice exciting, physically demanding and challenging sequences and variations.The pace of these classes is faster, you will go deeper, and your teacher will help you achieve breakthroughs in your practice and your self-awareness. We recommend you have a year of solid yoga under your mat before you join 2-3 classes. Expect to be transformed.


This class is a free  vinyasa class with rotating instructors.  Be prepared to set an intention,  be exposed to elevating yogic philosophy, and om your big, sweet heart out.

HOT yoga:

If  you are looking for an extra challenge in your practice, this is the class for you.  Designed and instructed to build strength and flexibility, students are exposed to a greater variety of poses, including advanced postures, arm balances and inversions, with breath work, inspiration, healing and grace interspersed throughout.  Challenge yourself physically and mentally in a room heated to 90 degrees. Expect to leave sweaty, detoxified and blissed out.

YOGA RESET: Yoga to recharge & renew, physically & mentally.  This is a new, all levels class  that will leave you energized, refreshed, and ready to take on the remainder of the day!

YOGA SCULPT: When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with vinyasa sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

ASHTANGA EXPRESS: Ashtanga Yoga combines breath and movement in a specific way designed to create an intense internal heat and purifying sweat. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm and quiet mind. In our short form Ashtanga Express class, students are guided together through a balanced sequence of traditional postures emphasizing the count, technique and proper alignment. Classes usually begin with an invocation of gratitude and sun salutations, followed by standing and seated postures focusing on forward bending, back bending and twists, or a combination of all, and end with a closing sequence, deep relaxation and mindful meditation.

This is a self-reflective, ambient  vinyasa flow class. Be prepared for a peaceful vibe with steady, fluid sequences throughout.  Break a sweat  and bask in candle glow. Students are encouraged to link breath with movement to become more grounded & rooted in the practice . 


This class uses the flowing vinyasa movement of Ashtanga yoga, incorporating a variety of postures to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. Core engagement is key as we introduce challenging poses and postures specific to creating muscular strength in the frame. Room is heated to 90 degrees.

There's no doubt about it, a class of challenging yoga is good, but sometimes it's good to get back to basics.  Yoga 1 is offered to help students of all levels slowly stretch tight muscles and loosen stiff joints.  This class is ideal for anyone wanting to work on stress-release, flexibility and balance, gradually and comfortably.  Students will ease into a variety of Hatha yoga postures, breath work and focused relaxation, and come out feeling great!

BARRE/PILATES SCULPT: ​​​barre/pilates sculpt fuses the disciplines of strength conditioning, pilate & ballet barre. you get a total body  workout as you lift, tone, and sculpt your muscles through isometric holds and isolated movements, focusing on proper alignment & form. our instructor will target each of your muscle groups to the point of exhaustion and then stretch those muscles in a way to promote long and lean growth. suitable for every fitness level, modifications and adjustments are made to challenge everyone safely. 

MEDITATION: As articulated by David Varco "Meditation is systematic mental training to reduce suffering and develop a sustainable healthy mind." Join us for a hour long session of focused pranayama (healing breath work) and meditation techniques that promote wellness  & present moment awareness.

SALUTE THE SUN & SUN: Join the group of early risers for a fun and energizing yoga class. Alignment-based asana, juicy stretches and restorative relaxation: what better way to start your day?!  All levels welcome!

P.L.A.Y. AGES 18 months - 6 years

At studio Y we believe that socialization, language, self-expression and movement are key components to healthy child development.  Each class encourages participation and exploration.  We will sing, dance, read, discover breath work and yoga poses, make inspired crafts and have loads of fun; ending every class with an organic, whole food fruit and veggie smoothie in a to-go cup!

yoga LEVEL 2:

A vigorous Vinyasa flow class linking breath to movement with lively sequences of Sun Salutations and postures.  Classes are mindfully composed to build strength and increase stamina, while testing edges of balance and flexibility, all the while encouraging proper alignment.  It is recommended that you are already physically active, familiar with basic yoga poses and appreciate a detoxifying sweat.  Classes often include advanced postures such as handstands, backbends and arm balances.  Rest assured the instructor will always meet you at your skill level!


​Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. Our core flow class is set to inspiring tunes, and is a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle emphasizing core and breath work at a moderate, but intuitive pace.

YOGA HIIT:  Want to burn calories while increasing strength & flexibility?  Enhance your yoga practice with sculpting & conditioning in this multi-faceted class.  By combining cardio interval training  with vinyasa yoga sequencing  this class delivers results! All levels of fitness are welcome! Modifications are offered by the instructor so you can work at your own pace! Hot Hiit is heated for more intensity & HIIT Express packs it all in in 45 minutes!

YOGA WITH PROPS: ​Yoga practice that integrates the use of blocks, straps & bolsters -  allowing a gentle approach to finding & creating space in the body & navigating unique, bespoke expressions of yoga postures. Great for beginners & seasoned yogis alike!


Our Yoga Foundations class requires no previous yoga experience and is designed for all body types, ages and backgrounds. It is great for newcomers who are curious and willing to try yoga, as well as for those with a seasoned practice looking to fine tune their connection in each pose.Yoga Foundations has a pace that is slower than a typical vinyasa flow class, allowing yogis time to explore their alignment in yoga postures. Each class will provide techniques necessary to build a strong yoga practice. It is an opportunity for beginners to create a solid foundation and for more seasoned yogis to slow down and achieve a more mindful practice. After learning the basics in Yoga Foundations, students will leave feeling confident to attend any level one or multi-level Studio Y  Yoga classes.

FLOW & LET GO: ​Flow & Let Go is a combination class that helps to support movement, breathwork and relaxation. We will spend the first part of the class creating strength through a Vinyasa flow and the last part inviting stillness and support with the help of restorative poses and an extended savasana. You will leave feeling relaxed and your nervous system realigned.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS:  An introductory level class that aims to focus on the basics of yoga. You'll be in a class with first-timers, regulars, and seasoned yogis looking to focus on beginning poses. The class will focus on areas that tend to be tight to build flexibility, and on areas that tend to be weak to build strength. People of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels are welcome. We will cover safe alignment in foundational yoga asanas (poses), mindful transitions & breath awareness. You will build strength, increase flexibility and create a practice of calming the mind. This class will also provide students with the skills and confidence to transition easily into a Yoga Level 1 class.

YOGA FOR HEALTHY BACKS: Close your eyes and breathe your way through this yoga practice.  Focus is on moving your spine in all 6 directions with deep awareness, breathing deeply, moving safely, reducing stress, building strength and flexibility.  This practice is for every body!


Classic yoga poses are practiced with an emphasis on alignment and options for modifications.Just like all classes at Studio Y, this class is tailored to the folks who are there. Be willing to show up and meet yourself where ever you are that day. So if you’ve been practicing for some time and want to take it up a notch, you can feel free to deepen your practice in this class. Conversely, if you’re brand new to yoga, you’re welcome in this class to learn the basics of the practice. Most important is that you listen to your body and take this time to deepen your connection to self. Coffee & social time  after class!

YOGA LAB: This class is designed to take you deeper in your practice. There will be a different focus each week - think of it as a mini workshop. The instructor will breakdown the poses and steps to get you into deeper postures at the end of class. The last 30 minutes of class are dedicated to  students to take their practice wherever they'd like it to go, while sticking to the instructors theme. The instructor will be present to offer assistance and answer questions for the self study portion of class. Beginners and advanced students are welcome.  Let this class transform and deepen your practice.

PILATES: ​Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. This class blends pilates with cardio & core mat work.

YOGA AYURVEDA (NEW!): The 3 doshas of Ayurveda [vata, pitta & kapha], are terms that describe a persons constitution as well as their tendency toward specific strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances; most of us are a combination of more than one dosha type. Learn a bit about Ayurvedic wisdom and practice the poses and breath-work that cultivate balance for each dosha.

ALL LEVELS YOGA: ​​All Levels Yoga is suitable for all students from beginner to advanced practitioner. We will focus on building strong, well balanced foundational poses, while practicing to be present in both mind and body. Students are encouraged to explore and challenge themselves throughout the flow.
Modifications are given allowing the students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to their needs. A beautiful opportunity to be inspired by your fellow students of all levels.


This class is designed & intelligently sequenced to highlight/target specific areas of the body for expanding both muscle & joint mobility. All inclusive postures are practiced and modifications are offered - making this class suitable for every BODY.

This class presents an introduction to basic yoga poses with emphasis on stretching and linking breath with movement. It was designed to promote breath awareness, increase flexibility , enhance balance, and bring attention to proper alignment yoga postures. Gentle yoga is for newbies, students with stiffness or physical limitations & yogis who want a more relaxed, restorative practice. We end each class  with a series of restorative postures & a guided deep relaxation.

Slowly & methodically moving into yoga postures to enhance overall body clairvoyance.  Working towards lengthening  & strengthening muscles & delving in to the healing powers of breath work   This class, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will  improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. It will culminate with a long, guided final relaxation and is suitable for all levels & trimesters.

YIN YOGA: While Vinyasa practices are designed to heat the body by stimulating muscles and creating yang energy, Yin yoga is designed to cool the body through stillness, targeting tension in the ligaments and deep connective tissues. This gentle or passive practice consists of seated and supine postures that are held for longer duration (between 3-15 minutes) in order to allow the body to fully relax and release fascia from the bone. Yin is excellent for muscle lengthening,relaxation, and a way to increase flexibility. Open to all levels

POWER YOGA:  Vinyasa Power Yoga is a fluid, powerful, style of yoga that links movement and breath together and is based on intuition rather than tradition. Vinyasa Power Yoga heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance, and intention. Turn stress into sweat! 


Yoga provides kids with a variety of yoga tools that they can use throughout their lives. We learn to stretch our bodies in new , fun & creative ways. Through yoga poses, games & activities,  this class promotes strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach mindfulness, focus, relaxation and self-control. This class also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one's self, inside and out.
