Yoga mats, towels, and props are available for clients to borrow at no cost. Student are encouraged to wear comfortable, breathable clothes.

We accept cash, checks and major credit cards as payment for class.

Studio Y is a locally-owned yoga and wellness studio with yoga, pilates, barre, meditation and classes of all-levels offered seven days a week. We believe in offering the highest quality instruction and inspiration and can’t wait to welcome you to our yoga home.
